A new home built around light, and one room built around rest.
The living spaces are simple on purpose. Pale timber, natural and organic materials, glass running the full height of the walls so the garden belongs to every room. A few bold pieces keep it interesting. Nothing is there to show off.
The master bedroom is different, and that's deliberate. Deep green walls turn the tall room into somewhere cosier. Burl wood and a walnut headboard warm it. A high-gloss metal sculpture, sourced for this one wall, is the only shine in the room. It's the kind of bedroom you close the door on with some relief at the end of a long day.
