A cafe designed around one decision: commit to the pink, completely.

The client wanted a cafe that looked nothing like the ones around it. Something bolder, warmer, entirely itself. The answer was to hold a single blush palette across every surface: handmade pink tiles, soft plaster, a concrete counter, pale timber. No accent wall, no half measures.

Everything else stays simple so the colour can work. Open timber shelving for the pastries, a concrete ledge at the window with a row of pale stools, and light moving across the tile all day. It's designed to be the one cafe on the street you can describe from memory.
