Four rooms, one idea: home as a retreat.
The client wanted to come home from a busy day and feel they'd stepped into their own spa. So the rooms stay serene: soft plaster, olive green built-ins, timber-clad walls in the bedroom, and daylight left to do most of the work.
The boldness is underfoot. A custom marble mosaic floor runs through the bathroom, and the basin is cut from natural green stone as one custom piece. Unexpected choices in the most private rooms of the house, which is exactly where they belong.
